Bre Arthur, LMHCA

Hi, I'm Bre.

My heart in therapy is to grow a trusting and genuine relationship and create a meaningful experience that moves you toward a more authentic way of being. It is a joy to be able to walk alongside individuals and watch their brain’s profound ability to heal and grow through the process of therapy.

My primary areas of focus are: identity formation, anxiety, motherhood, faith deconstruction/faith transitions, and trauma. While I utilize many therapeutic approaches, I especially enjoy practicing relational psychotherapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Nature-Based Therapy. In our work together, we can explore your personality, attachment style, family of origin, past and present experiences, and valued relationships. My hope is that through our work, you can build practical coping skills and get to the root of your struggles. My in-person sessions are dedicated to individuals who see the value in walk-and-talk therapy. When the weather is nice in Snohomish, we would walk on the Riverfront Trail, the Centennial Trail, and the Main Trail at Lord Hill Park.

I look forward to meeting you soon.
